About Ray

Ray Azar is a seasoned real estate broker and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He possesses a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, encompassing pre-construction projects, the luxury market, and industrial and retail spaces. Ray studied Math and software engineering at the University of Toronto and maintains a keen interest in technology and innovation.

Ray has collaborated with some of the leading and most reputable brokerages in GTA, such as Coldwell Banker Terrequity, Royal LePage Terrequity Realty, and both RE/MAX Hallmark and RE/MAX Realtron, Right at Home and Homula Reatly.  He is currently the manager at eXp Realty,  Ray instructs dozens of courses for the real estate industry, covering topics ranging from sales training to technology integration. He is also a public speaker and mentor who imparts his message on how to live a successful life. Ray is also Real estate course facilitator for the Provincial Program.
